Do you sell and install shower glass?
Yes. We install all types of shower glass enclosures from the always popular frameless units to sliders to framed enclosures.
Can you install frameless shower glass in my fiberglass shower?
Yes. We have a frameless unit specifically designed for fiberglass showers.
Do you accept credit cards as a form of payment?
Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express and Discover cards.
Can you get annealed glass?
Yes. Annealed glass is non-tempered glass. It’s the most common type of glass installed in your home.
What is tempered glass?
Tempered glass is one type of safety glass. It has been through a heat tempering process designed to make the glass very hard but also break into small pieces. Tempered glass is used in places where building codes require safety glass to reduce major cuts in the unlikely event that the glass breaks.
How long does it take to get the glass from your manufacturer?
It depends on the type of glass. In most cases we receive insulated (double pane) glass in 7 – 10 days, however, tempered glass may take a little longer. Fabricated glass such as shower glass or beveled/polished glass is usually 2 – 2 ½ weeks.
How long will it take to install my glass?
It depends on the complexity of the job. Most “normal” sized pieces can be installed in 45 minutes or less. Large or high glass, or complex installations can take several hours.
Can you remove scratches caused by my dog’s toenails?
We can remove individual scratches on glass (if they aren’t deep enough to be felt with your finger nail). Dog scratches on glass typically cover large areas making them very time consuming to remove. It is usually more cost effective for us to replace the glass rather than repair it.
Do you repair or replace auto glass?
No

What glass protects my floors and furniture from fading?
Low-e glass has a coating that reflects heat and Ultra Violet rays from the sun. Installing Low-e glass will reduce the amount of UV rays coming into your home that cause the fading. It also helps keep your home cooler during the hot summer months.
Do you sell and install Low-e glass?
Yes. We offer several different types of Low-e glass depending on your needs.

Do you make glass for table tops?
Yes. We can fabricate glass for table tops, furniture, shelves and many other applications. In many cases we do the work in our shop, however, in some cases we have our supplier fabricate the glass to our specifications.
Do you do custom framed mirrors?
We fabricate and install mirrors for vanities, cabinets, exercise/gym walls and other applications, however, at this time we do not offer custom framed mirrors.

No, but we’re happy to give you recommendations based on your needs.
Do you repair rain water or air leaks in my windows?
Leaks in windows can be very difficult to find and, in many cases, are caused by issues not directly related to the window or glass itself. We often refer our customers to other trusted companies who have a more in depth understanding of the building envelope and, therefore, have a better chance at fixing the problem. Call us with specific details of the issue and we’ll be glad to help.
